 I am proud to be a lawyer and am passionate about the practice of law. I aggressively represent the legal interests of my clients with the highest degree of skill, enthusiasm and dedication in order to obtain the best possible outcome to their claims. This is proven by the fact that I have time and again successfully sued large Fortune 500-sized corporations, professional partnerships, the State of New Jersey, and various counties and municipalities on behalf of my clients.
I work in partnership with my clients to ensure that their objectives are achieved in a timely and satisfactory manner. That means clients are welcome to call and ask questions. If clients don't call me, my staff and I will communicate regularly to update them on their cases.
My policy of putting my clients first and cultivating positive attorney-client relationships has enabled me to serve my clients successfully for the past 20 years.

BIOGRAPHY

Stephan T. Mashel attended undergraduate studies at Rutgers University and graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He went onto to attend Rutgers Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1986.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Mashel served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Paul A. Lowengrub, P.J. Ch. of the Superior Court of New Jersey from 1986-1987. Thereafter, he was an associate member of the law firm of Pelleteri, Rabstein & Altman, Princeton, New Jersey from 1987-1989, and an associate member of the law firm of Craner, Nelson, Satkin & Scheer, Scotch Plains, New Jersey from 1989-1991.
Mr. Mashel has had his own private law practice since December, 1991, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association of New Jersey. He is married and has two children.
